This series is inspired by the quiet beauty in the lanscape of the Lackawanna Valley. My work is not an attempt to capture what the valley looks like, but rather what it feels like.
 
Guided by intuition, I allow the drawings to take shape without being tied to a final vision. To facilitate this free flow of expression every drawing is created start to finish within a one hour time frame. This openness leaves room for organic development and unexpected ideas to emerge.
